  • Insurance clients have the right to choose the lowest cost offer for treatment, either the insurance cost or the offered offer.
  • The customer is not entitled to combine a marketing offer with any other discounts.
  • The patient is not entitled to recover the amounts paid for the offers and reservation amounts, but they can be used within the complex for other services.


  1. We adhere to the regulations of the Ministry of Health and our price list approved by it.
  2. The client’s appointment is booked in accordance with the appointment booking policy approved in the terms and conditions.
  3. It is prohibited to provide medical services by telephone or any other means of communication in order to avoid any medical error and to protect the client’s interest.
  4. The consultation is provided at the time specified for the inspection after paying the fees. With the possibility of waiting a while sometimes.
  5. Fees are paid according to the payment policy approved in the terms and conditions.
  6. The client has the right to obtain complete information about his condition from the responsible health practitioner.
  7. The client has the right to know the identity and jurisdiction of the health practitioner responsible for his case.
  8. It is prohibited to report the results of laboratory tests or x-rays over the phone in order to maintain the quality of medical service (with the exception of emergency cases).
  9. Any customer can request a refund of the amount paid in accordance with the approved refund policy stated in the terms and conditions.
  10. The client must adhere to the instructions of the medical health practitioner responsible for his condition and the required periodic visits in order to preserve his rights. Failure to comply with this is considered negligence and negligence on the part of the client regarding his condition, and negligence is proven by evaluating the condition through an internal medical committee.
  11. The client bears all responsibilities and damages resulting from his condition as a result of his failure to adhere to appointments during the treatment period, and this is considered negligence and negligence on his part.
  12. In the event that the client does not adhere to the treatment plan and the directions of the treating physician and rejects the instructions provided by him, The doctor has the right to refrain from completing treatment in order to preserve the quality of the service provided after the medical committee approves his request.
  13. The client has the right to know the type and name of the material used in the therapeutic or cosmetic procedure.
  14. The client’s final price is approved when starting treatment, and he has no right to request a discount on the service if a new marketing offer coincides with the treatment period.
  15. The treating health practitioner in all departments has the right to photograph before and after treatment. After obtaining the client’s consent (according to the photography consent form) and saving the pictures in the client’s file only, this medical request is very important for following up on the case and monitoring its development. Documentation is also carried out with a high degree of confidentiality and privacy for all cases.

Laser Department:

  • The client has no right to request a touch-up session after 14 days from the date of the session.
  • The only person authorized to determine whether a client is eligible for a retouching session or not is the treating physician.
  • If the client does not attend his appointment and it is not canceled or changed 24 hours before the appointment, 20% of the session value will be deducted.

Department of Surgical and Plastic Surgery:

  • The Same Day Surgery Center is committed to performing the operation within (3) months from the date of payment according to the operating schedule
  • The second party – the patient – must, if he wishes to cancel or postpone the operation, notify the first party – at least two weeks before the agreed upon date.
  • The patient has the right to receive the treatment price before starting treatment.
  • The amount paid is non-refundable, and the paid service can be replaced with other services
    The same client can pay to view and purchase several sessions, but they must all be used within three months from the billing date.
    When you provide Al-Qadi Group with the customer’s name, number, and email information by sending a reservation request on the website, Al-Qadi Group has the right to use this information in the future to send its own offers and campaigns.
  • All offers can be paid in installments through Tabby or Tamari Finance Company.
    Offer prices do not include value added tax for non-Saudis.
    The period for benefiting from the service is 6 months from the date of purchasing the offer.
  • Insurance and discounts are not included in the offers.
    If the customer pays the full price for a package such as laser and others and uses part of these sessions in a branch, the customer has the right to transfer to another branch to complete the other sessions, while paying the scouting value for the offer.
  • Regarding full-body laser offers, they include the face, provided that the same device used for the body is used.

Regarding full-body laser offers, men are not included. Laser shows are explained if they are specific to men.
In the event that there is any point other than what was mentioned above in the terms and conditions of the offers, the general terms and conditions of the services provided in Al-Qadi Group will be taken into account.
The offer submitted by the medical group is binding on all doctors for the period of validity of the offer in the event that it is compatible with the diagnosis and needs of the medical condition.
